Assuming my midwife gives the go-ahead, do you think your Pops, Locks, and Tick Tocks workshop would be ok for a very pregnan dancer? I'm assuming based on the subject matter there won't be tons of floorwork/etc, right? -

I'm pretty sure that most of the material is safe for expecting ladies. We won't be doing floorwork, and the emphasis of the class is on making movements really small, muscular, and controlled. Of course, if there's any time during the workshop when you feel you shouldn't do something, please take a break. You'll be really close to your due date! -

02/12I sooo want to go and perform and see Asharahboo :) but its the same weekend as Celebrate Fairfax and we (Rhythm & Cues) are performing there :( but we wanted to do Spring Caravan. We are planning on doing Rakkasah in October though!
Congratulations Asharah! by the way, I got your vid :D I can't wait to watch it. Its my master plan for the weekend :)
