Hey y'all! I have a room that will be available August 1st. It's a two bedroom apartment in a 4-plex historic home in Montford. Walk downtown, to UNCA, and Merrimon Ave. Rent is $325 a month plus 1/2 the utilities, one year lease with security deposit. No pets, smoking, or partying (sorry, y'all). I'm super clean and I get up around 7:00 am, which means it's generally a quite place in the evenings. This space is great for a student or someone that is on a day schedule.
