hey y'all; i've received emails on the gatherings for ages now, but this coming weekend is the first time i'm going to be in Asheville on the same night its happening. soooo.... what's the scoop on first-timers? i guess it'll be obvious i'm new, since i won't know anybody. is it OK to just... show up and dance?

but first you have to remove one of your digits in front of the council, as a sign of sacrifice
and obedience. Then we'll add your finger to the altar and perform the seven star ceremony.

im starting to think i should just organize a gathering down here. i gotta admit, it seems a bit..... gaia-unfriendly to drive for seven-plus hours in search of community and celebration. are there many triangle-ites who come up for AFMG? at the least, i should try to carpool. -

split the rental and gas 12 ways, its nothing, probably 40 bucks a person.
Come up, have fun, and we can plot the creation of your own vibey event in the Triangle.
