Hello Soul Friends,
I just wanted to send you a personal invitation this evening to join me in
Asheville at Malaprops bookstore for a celebration, discussion, reading and
journey with the Anubis Oracle Book and Deck! Refreshments begin at 6:30 and
the actual event is from 7 -8pm.
I am very excited to share Anubis with you at a deeper level and also just
to see your shining faces and spirits this evening as we stand on the
threshold of another doorway of major change for our planet. I can't think
of a better time then now to invoke the spirit of Anubis to walk us through
the doorway to the future and remind us that WE ARE THE ONES WE HAVE BEEN
WAITING FOR! So please come and join me tonight as we invoke the memory of
who we really are from deep within our own DNA and embody the spirit of
Anubis , the Great Heart Shaman who leads the way to keeping our hearts open
and courageous.
This is the second book, along with my co author Nicki Scully that I have
published in two years. I am also working diligently on my next book, The
Shamanic Breathwork Journey to be released next year, but tonight the focus
is on Anubis and his oracle deck.
Nicki and I worked together night and day for two months last winter to
birth this amazing divination book and deck. It really represents the heart
and soul and principles of the work we have been offering through our
programs at Venus Rising for more than 12 years. Initially it was a
surprise to find that the spirit of Anbuis has been one of the main guiding
forces behind many of our teachings. However, the more I have gotten
acquainted with the heart and soul of Anubis and the powerful archetypal
presence he represents, I understand that he is the original wolf, the way
shower, the opener of the way , as he is called in ancient shamanic Egypt!!!
Certainly the Shamanic Breathwork and all the work we do at Venus Rising is
both eye opening and door opening on many different levels for all those we
serve.
I look forward to seeing you once again this evening in Asheville. Please

Mon, November 3, 2008 - 11:51 AMOh I wish I could be there! I had no idea you did this sort of thing. I've been reading cards for years and years and slowly working on my own deck also. Who knows if I'll ever finish it but I understand the desire to create your own representations and stories and picture represenations of this numerological system. The Thoth deck is one of my favorites though I also love the MotherPeace deck and the World Tarot deck made by Onca, who is also in your neck of the woods. I don't know what you have in the water up there but you're a creative bunch!
If you ever come down here to do a presentation, you must stay with me. Spiritual Frontiers Fellowship brings folks like you to speak once a month. You should reach out to them!
