Hoop Jam in Downtown Asheville's Pritchard Park

Come join the circle of Hoopers for a FREE hoop jam sponsored by Asheville Hoops and Arts2people!

The Jam will include some community connecting, Hoopdance warm ups, guided hoop instruction, games, dance, fun, music, performance and more!
BYO Hoop!

Wanna hoop but don't have one? contact melmacpink@hotmail.com for hoop orders.

Got extra hoops? Bring 'em along! Got friends? Bring them too!

All hoop levels are welcome!


Starting Tuesday May 27th, from 5-7 pm, at Pritchard Park. The free jam runs for 6 weeks!

    We appreciate the announcement! The Hoop Jam is a blast, everytime...
    THANKS TO ALL OF THE FRIENDS, WHO COME AND PLAY WITH US.

    I've had a great time DJing for the sessions, and for the next 5 weeks,
    i will be featuring mixes by some local DJ's during the second hour.

    IT'S STILL FREE, FOLKS!!!

    tell your friends, bring your neighbors, and notify your first of kin!

        the hoop jam offically ends September 30th
        and i heard that maybe possible not 100 percent sure that Snake Oil Medicine Show might be playing for all of us hoopers
        thats what mel told me but she was not for certain
        either way
        LAST HOOP JAM IS SEPTEMBER 30TH PRITCHARD PARK DOWNTOWN ASHEVILLE 5-7PM
        this is open to all skill levels and is a great way to meet new hoopers, share skills etc....
        come out if you havenot already made it
        there are still 3 HOOP JAMs LEFT
        Tuesday the 16th, 23rd and 30th

        i really hope it is back next season, the Pritchard Park Cultural Arts Program has really brought a resurrgence of arts and artists to the Park
        and i think is beneficial to the downtown community
        sooooo hoepfully we will be hooping tin the park next spring and summer
