Asheville poetry scene public - created 02/26/08

This is for Asheville poets to network and reconnect with each other. Asheville used to have a huge poetry scene that has slowly diminished. there is a SLAM/poetry open Mic that is the 1st Sunday of every month in the red room at temptations in Downtown Asheville address is 5 Biltmore ave. come check it out!
so lets discuss here and in person and make those connections needed so Asheville can have a space for poets and fans of poets like it does for all the wonderful musicians!
