i got one on my finger! and one on my chest, some on the back of my neck, what is going on? is this normal?

They are a general indication of either a congested liver (resulting from dietary and environmental concerns) or a decrease in immune function. Check out a gentle liver cleansing protocol, and cut out refined sugar and transfats from your diet (replace with complex sugars and omega 3 and 6) and see what happens. -

Fri, November 30, 2007 - 5:55 AMI agree mostly, except not so much of the omega 6. Our society overall gets too much omega 6.
Also, generalized stress will stimulate pimples and even chronic dehydration.
So relaxing and drinking adequate quantities of plain clear water each day will help in many cases.
Of course refined sugars and alcohol take water out of your body, so the whole outlook tends to work together.
