i got put on a twice-a-day regimen of ADVAIR/SERETIDE accuhaler 500 last year in hospital. SInce then, I have been following a strict programme of acupuncture and yoga; I just spent two months in an ayurvedic clinic in nepal. I want to get off of the ADVAIR/SERETIDE, but realise that I can't do it suddenly. I'm asking for advice here because the allopathic hospital physicians will not give me the information.
