When I was pregnant with my daughter, her dad and I would go to 31 flavors and get a pint each packed half and half with our favorites. I think they put something addictive in that ice cream. We started with single cones, then progressed to double cones, then the half and half pints.............when the doctor told me that I had gained 60 pounds, I put myself into an ice cream rehab center.

Sad thing is, the youngins working there didnt even get the 31 part of the name. I grew up with being called 31 flavors, these days the kiddos call it Baskin Robins. Shows my age -

sometimes they didn't have 31. . .and half the flavors didn't taste that great and didn't sell. . .
so after a great deal of stress and burnout. . .they decided to slide sideways!
