Dear The Burning Man,
I have a monogamous SO. Would it be wiser to leave them at home while attempting to survive a whole week in the giant-sex-romp that is Burning Man (as everyone well knows) without my snuggle-wuggle-bear, or to bring them with me and attempt to survive a whole week in the giant-sex-romp WITH my dehydrated, grumpy, dirty, bitchy SO?
Gah!
Sincerely,
Tortured, Twisted, and Tied

Fri, October 26, 2007 - 2:38 PMDear Chelsea,
I would leave the SO at home if he/she does not do the desert well.
I would go with the moment while out there. No expectation and no limits..... if sex does happen make sure that you are "safe" and grow by having done it.
When you get home....what happens on the playa stays on the playa.
Spread your wings and enjoy yourself.

I am trying to understand how Chelsea has a monogamous relationship with a plural pronoun. Multiple personality disorder?

Wed, January 2, 2008 - 2:03 PMChelsea, I have tried the burn two ways: once with my future ex- wife and girlfriend and once SOLO with no sex. Go without the sex, trust me on this.
