Yes, I did come across his birth date, but not his time of birth. That is why I am rectifying his chart. Yes Pluto is conjunct his Midheaven IF this is the correct time of birth. His chart is working by the dates that I have so far. Time will tell

he needs to stop smoking asap; mercury/saturn opposition makes him susceptible to lung issues!

True and I think the strong indications of illness are ruler/Jupiter in the 3rd (lungs) and ruler of the 6th, Venus, in Cancer quincunx his Jupiter. Venus in Cancer indicates stomach and quincunx is the natural health indicator.
