My thought had been scorpio and aquarius. I'm not able to guess specifics too well. I can only guess generalities but maybe with time I'll get as good as you Q's dad!

In some ways his chart reminds me of my own....
With the water kite shooting up from virgo to pisces (saturn switched places, though as did Uranus and his sun is acting like a trigger the way my pluto and neptune do).

Both of us deal with fears other people have...he makes a career out of it and so do I lol.
He uses more of a shock approach to get people over fears while I use more of a ... mmmm ... incremental approach and focus mostly on academic fears in students, especially math. (Well maybe all the homework is shocking hmmm)

He goes through fearsome experiences himself while others watch (1rst house).
I coach others through their own fears and all I can do is watch and hope they listen and follow through (10th house).
