My apologies! I haven't been on the board much lately and I forgot about this! Will try to remember. I know that it had something to do with the angle between the Sun and Moon at birth and predicting your fertile periods. I do remember that if the fertile period occurs when the Moon was in the "feminine" signs (Earth and Water) when you get pregnant, you will likely have a girl, and when in the Fire and Air signs, a boy.

astrology (aka the rhythm method) was/is more commonly used in places where religious rules don't allow for physical contraceptives

that's about all I know, but I too have seen references to specific Moon signs that help to increase fertility ~ I just didn't pay too much attention to the details....

Look into "Fertility Awareness" method (totally different from Rhythm and others)

As a backup, I keep Tansy herb (Tanacetum vulgare) tea around (haven't needed it yet, the QAL works well when used right) and also know an acupuncturist who will stimulate the "forbidden points" if I ever needed that.

I know this isn't astrological, but I found this method works quite well for me, and I believe others whose systems aren't polluted with too many chemical poisons from non-natural drugs, commercial meat and dairy, etcetera. You can easily clean your body out by starting with colon, liver and kidney, then blood - and put more natural foods, mostly raw fruits and veggies if possible, in your diet. Hope this helps some of you!
