I put several composite charts on my profile of various relationships I have. One that is most intriguing, as well as surprising to me, is the parental composite chart. This has been a very difficult relationship but the astrological composite chart seems to suggest, from my ...novice... point of view, that it should be "better" than it has been... Any experienced insight here?

Just wondering if the numerous sextiles, trines, and such suggest some kind of positive promise down the road...just a curious thought. The whole kill joy thing kinda makes me laugh...a little. Tue, May 13, 2008 - 6:30 PMi, personally, don't think that composite charts are a good interpretation of the dynamics of relationships. to me, they have more to do with how you as a couple/team/whatever deal with the rest of the world. for the dynamics of relationships, i'd use synastry charts. so maybe looking at your synastry with these people would explain more. -

Wed, May 14, 2008 - 7:08 PMThanks Exio - I feel what you say has merit, yet even as a Composite is the blending of two charts thus creating the idea of a single "identity", that "identity" will still have internal issues as well as outer world issues too. I'm think that the Composite can speak to internal relationship dynamics as well. I hadn't thought of it as relating to the rest of the world however so thanks for the comment. I also agree that Synastry is most likely a better interpretive tool. I have looked at those charts with my friends and it is so interesting to see the connects and also very amusing to see the Composite forms like "rectangles", "kites" and so on... Perhaps that is all that it is though...interesting forms.

Tue, May 20, 2008 - 6:01 AM50 horoscopes can be stacked without problem and so do three. Then one directs it with e.g. primary directions. In Germany we use to stack hundreds of employee's horoscopes into one and direct it. This is a long lived tradition now, centuries of tradition.
