Yeah, he's in kind of a position if you look at it that way. But he went and opened the bar right near Peach 'n Pine and now he's not cool with homeless peeps in the neighborhood? He sprays poor broke-ass people with a water turret and shows it on high def video for the amusement of his patrons while they sip the drugs that he pours for them?

If it were me I wouldn't be so scared of a random black guy in my parking lot. Midtown Tavern doesn't seem to have a problem with it, and they're right there too. No one is trying to sell drugs to his patrons, they are selling them to each other. It's a stunt at the expense of people who have no voice...so whatever I guess.
