  I don't know about NSW but Juggleart in Melbourne sells really great quality hoops. I have a feeling you can order online but I'm not too sure. Here's the link to their website: www.juggleart.com

      You can also get the same kind of hoop from amco in melb but they are not covered. Though they are a little cheeper if you want to have custom colours to do your self.
