The date has been chosen for the first Hoop-n-Doof!
Join us as we get together at Hudson Park in Tempe to hoop it up on the longest day of the year.
The gathering begins at 4pm.
Everyone is welcome regardless of skill level. Don't have a hoop? It's okay, we will have extra hoops for you to use!
Poi, staff, and other kinetic artists are also encouraged to participate.
Hoop friendly music and doofs will be provided by our ipods and a boombox. (no sound system, this time around)

Tue, June 2, 2009 - 12:23 AMI plan on coming! :) I'm very very new at hooping. I never learned to hoop as a kid, and am now teaching myself at the not-so-tender age of nearly 27. It'll be nice to meet local hoopers. :D Now if I can just figure out a way to bike with a non-collapsable hoop! -

I've bungee corded my hoop to the side of my bike before. I was surprised it actually worked, but it worked quite well.
