Intermediate Belly Dance

"The Studio" at Body Business
2700 West Anderson Lane (North Austin)
This one-hour class will cover a progressive curriculum of belly
dance movements with a focus on FAN DANCE technique. Fans add drama
and excitement to any style of belly dance. You'll learn everything
you need to know about fan construction and care, techniques and
tricks, and we will block out a routine that you can customize to
suit your own personal style.

Students will need to have a set of "Asian Fabric Fan" dancing fans
which can be purchased on-line as part of your registration for
$20/set (when you register no later than November 14 at 10am). This
style is affordable, durable and works great as is. You'll also learn
how to enhance your fans with a silk tail for the ultimate dance
accessory.

Students should have completed all four components of the Beginner
series or comparable training with another instructor. No membership
required. Tuition $60 per 4-week session; or $80 per 4-week session
including set of fans. Discount available for members of Body
Business, please inquire prior to registration.

All classes are for adult women only.

Attire: comfortable clothing, bare feet or dance slippers. Hip
scarves, veils and finger cymbals can be purchased or borrowed in
class.
