If you' ve been wanting to attend any of my belly dance events, 2009 IS THE YEAR TO DO IT! For purely personal reasons, I will begin scaling back and phasing out some of my annual events. This decision has been a long time coming. I've been sponsoring annual events since 1996 (yes - really since then) with building scale and frequency. My focus has been gradually drifting in other directions and I don' t want to fight that natural progression any longer. No need for alarm or panic . This is a good thing for me. I'm not quitting belly dance or taking a break . I'm simply redirecting my focus within the dance . I do have additional bookings on my personal teaching and performance calendar.
