I'm creating this tribe to help spread the word about "kinetic" public community events in the Baltimore - Washignton DC area and to plan them. From cacophonous events to flashmobs to protests to art. If it is interactive and requires participation, humor, creativity, or a good cause (but not necessary), you can post it here. I looked around to find a similar group and could not so here it is.
The event can be progressive and fringe or it can be tame and family-oriented - it doesn't matter. The only requirement is that it is open to the public / community.

This tribe is not for commercial events - no corporate crap. However, municipality events like official parades can be posted. Do feel free to use this tribe to hash out ideas and plan things, or to arrange carpools and groups to attend events together.
