I cancelled a charge months ago and it continues to show up every month recurring. I've been trying for 4 months to get them removed. So far, I've sent my debit card disput forms twice, wrote a compaint letter to my branch manager and worked with customer solutions center (where they claim to all be officer of the bank). Yet, there is till no reslution. Makes me wonder if I have a claim against both BofA and Visa against there adds about no liability witht the Visa Check Card?? I hate them!!!!!

Mon, July 25, 2005 - 3:22 PMI just got 240 dollars in overdraft charges.....all because I went 10 bucks over on one charge....then, the 31 dollar fee meant ANOTHER overdraft charge.
These guys suck.

Now, after I had request to close my account months ago they are threating to close my account (please do, I wanted it closed a long time agao) and report me to ChexSystems. Is there a dispute system with ChexSystems?
