Bank of Ameica is a Bank that f*** America. They just can not do banking. My credit score is lowered by 100 points now becasue they could not resolve a simple stolen Bank F*** America credit card problem in 3 (three) f***ing years. their ATM machine has eaten my hundreds of dollars 3 (three) f***ing times and Bank F*** America was not able to return it for more than two months. The mistakes they make in online banking is long long f***ing list. Plus you never get the right treathment when you have got problems with their banking. They are always seem to have trained as very defensive. In Bank F*** America "our bank's interest first" understanding is widely spread but no one really cares about the customer or gets things done for him/her (that's why my girlfriend and her family had to close their accounts there,too) and no one cares about customers interest. Hope whoever relies on Bank F*** America is a moron. Whoever is managing it or corporate partners, I hope one day, they go to the beginning and need to start over with one customer. Then they would understand how it is supposed to be customer centered banking system.
