I just had a horrible experience with BofA. I depsited money into my account and all was fine, went on about my business charging usual purchases on my bank card, the next day I check the account and the money is gone!!! Whats even more disgusting than the fact that the bank lost my money is that they "had no idea what was going on or what happened". Good thing i kept my receipt. Why is it that they can lose money so easily, and yet they sure dont forget to charge my 13 overdraft fees due to insufficient funds? Now they say they cannot refund any of them until they investigate and are "sure it was a bank error", as if there could be any other reason.

I can not explain in right words what Bank of America has done to me
They have ruined my life; this Bank is full of CIRMINALS. Employees are looting, and those! BIG SHOTS are just watching and doing nothing.
We the people who have put our trust in them to protect our valuables.

Fri, October 28, 2005 - 12:06 PMMaribel, I once got a loan on my house/farm & the credit company sent payment to all my creditors taking it out of my loan $$. One was Mastercard for a sveral thousand dollars.
6 months later MC tells me they never got the $$ & they are taking me to court! Whoaaa ait a moment. I call the Credit Agency & they issue another check. Another 6 months & the credit agency tels me MC cashed both checks & I have to pay the credit agency back. Whooaaa wait a minute; I never saw the $$ It was all done between you guys.
MC has a 'general fund' that they deposit funds that they claim they do not know what account the payment is suppose to go to! & of course these checks were printed not hand written, with 3 copies with All account #s for each party; me the credit agency & MC so how how could they 'not know!?!
Soooohow much $$$ deposited in MCs general fund collecting interest for how many days!?! times how many peole they can get away with it??????
