I have used many credit cards in my life. I have an excellent credit rating and virtually no debt. I obtained a Bank of America Platinum card about 4 months ago. I've only had this card for a short time. This month I went on-line to make a payment. 5 days later, no payment was showing on my account, nor money taken from my checking account. I called their customer service center and was told by 2 people that they did not see where I had made a payment and I was having computer troubles that day so, told me to try again. I did. 5 days later they took both payments out of my account. I called and was told by Joanne that they were sorry and would put that money back into my account and it would take 4 to 5 business days. 8 days later, they had charged my card back the money, but still not money in my checking account. (Please understand that I get paid once a month and that I am on a strict budget). I called and was then told that it would take 15 to 30 days for the money to be put back into my checking account. I didn't understand why the Joanne had lied to me and if I had known, I would've bothered. The supervisor then came on the line and got annoyed that I was upset and she was very rude and just kept repeating over again what the "policy" was. I'm sick and tired of company's that lie and cheat and I will never use another Bank of America product as long as I live. They are the only bank that I've ever dealt with that lie and treat you like you are some kind of criminal when they continually were making the mistakes without any care for me as their customer. DO NOT USE THEIR CREDIT CARDS!!!!
