Are there any non-fire spin jams that happen regularly in the bay? Im new to california, and am looking to connect with some local fire spinners, but i find the best way to do this is over socks,sticks, and practice, as opposed to fire....

In addition to Weds nights at the Vulcan in Oakland and 2nd & 4th Thurs nights at the Gingerbread Haus in SF (see the other thread), people often get together Sunday afternoons at the drum circle at Hippy Hill in Golden Gate Park (SF again). Just come over and say hello!

Tue, August 14, 2007 - 7:50 AMhey tank, on the list at the top of the page it says which ones are fire and which are not. as mem said, sunday and tuesday are the only fire jams I know of. the rest of them are socks and sticks style (yay alliteration!)
