My apologies but "Girls" coming first would have messed up the alliteration. It's just a matter of poetry, not gender preference.

This is a tribe for people who actually believe in the ten principles instead of hot pants and glitter - maybe you believe in the ten principles AND hot pants and glitter - but if you had to choose, you'd go for the former instead of the latter. If you've been moderated, banned, snarked about or in any other way been isolated from RADICAL INCLUSION in any Burning Man forum for daring to be RADICAL SELF-EXPRESSIVE - then this is the place for you. Don't come here because you were kicked out for being too fucked up - don't come here if you were asked to leave because you snuck into an event without paying - this is a place for those who have been standing up for our right to follow the principles defined by the originators of this experience and been told that times have changed and it's time to "compromise" on the uncompromisable.

If you're more of an artist, less of a partier, more of a thinker, less of a conformist (especially in a presumably non-conventional community), more of an experimental outlandish, crazy motherfucker, and less of a cultish, political, terrified of confrontation puck - and you believe that we shouldn't just shush about what burning man could be so that we can still be invited to the cool-kids parties - then this is your place.

Many of us have been marginalized by the one place we thought we would always be accepted no matter how weird we managed to become - but if you think that opening the doors blindly to yahoos has managed to get enough of them in - and into places of power to tip the balance so much that we need to compromise on the very things that make Burning Man different - then join up here and meet other truly radical thinkers who were drawn like moths to a flame and then zapped by the realization that this too may just be a trap.

Let's make our OWN place - and look back fondly on the event that brought us together, even if it wasn't exactly what we thought it would be.

If you demonstrate no ability to think for yourself - you will be trounced unmercifully by the overwhelming logic and passion of this group, but never banned, never moderated, and never told "well, that's different" or "why are you so negative" or any of the numerous other illogical ways that simple minds make more complicated thinkers shut the hell up.
