I need visuals... so

I used this punch card system in the past and it worked pretty good.. so I am trying it again... colored days are drilling and white are free dancing and something from a dvd.. of course there are class nights performances etc.. but I am going to try and follow the card every day.

Do 32 of each thing
32 things are :
hip drops [both sides]
hip lifts [both sides]
Umi's /Ami's
hip crescents [both directions]
snake arms
Jewels [both sides]
undulation [full body down]
body wave up
Maya
Reverse Fig 8
Alphabets [lower and upper, split between each leg]
Name writing with hips [first name left hip, last w/left]
Plank - outs [this is hands on stable surface, feet on slippery floor - push out legs to plank and pull back in]
3/4 shimmy
Reg shimmy
Egyptian shimmy
Chest Lifts
Chest drops
Choo Choo
Pelvic Lock up
Pelvic lock down
Hip crescents back
Belly roll up
Belly roll down

Followed up by a 1:40 length drum solo.. Go all out.. watch the face and the hands…

Wow! that is a great break down of drills!

Not sure what some of the items are or how to execute them but will be fun trying.
