45 mins of doing the egyptian combinations on Aradia's DVD and 15 mins of hips up/down/out/in practice. Finally got a transition move down in the sequence.
I also realized that I really haven't been working on improving my dancing by focusing on specific things. I'e been putting whatever DVD on and just following along. One of my resolutions was to put on the DVD's but work on sections by drilling them so they become more second nature.

    Danced thru several 4 minute [ish] songs.. looking for Sunday's music. I pushed each one to complete some sort of "known combo" instead of all improv. Trying to put some control and intention into my dance.

    30 minute treadmill program-new levels, hip and rib cage circles, kneeling and standing, drills

    Sandra-I know of what you speak! One thing that I do is put a section on repeat. I hope to hear the movements within my body.
