I started a DVD with a choreography but the dance just felt a bit too rushed and not connected with music so I switched to The magnificent moves DVD and worked on the undulation, reverse undualtion with a belly pop inbetween for almost 20 mins. Then I worked on the same Maqsoum combination from last night and ran it several times. I finished up with Aradia's egyptian combo #2 and 3. Took about an hour.

    did the zill drill from Killer Ziller, then worked on alternating patterns within a rhythm plus some weights - total an hour

    30 minute treadmill program, hip and rib cage circles, kneeling and standing, two hours scooping concrete (snow and rain), choreography
