Hey Y'all . . . does anyone still plan on posting stuff in this tribe? I'm new, so I'd love to chat about my sweet Jesus. I also just started a new tribe called the jesus way-hippie followers of christ. I just find it so hard to connect with people on my same path who share a lot of the same values. I am tired of church people looking at people with dredlocks and judging them before even knowing them. how harsh is that? I was listening to keith green this morning and his song came on about the sheep and the goats. It really spoke to me. Anyhow, I'll write more if and when someone responds. I love Keith Green. I remember hearing him in person in the '70's - his music was so anointed!
I work for a Christian camp in southeast PA. We are looking for folks to join us in summer ministry to children and teens. if you know of someone looking for an opportunity to influence kids in a positive way for Christ, have them go to our website menolan.org and print an application.

Dude, Keith Green is the best, I was driving watching creation and listening to the sheep and goats song the other day -- very convicting! I'm reading his biography called No Compromise right now -- written by his wife Melody. It's totally inspired me in so many ways. His passion and fear of God more than fear of man is challenging and encouraging. -- Krista B

Church folks generally judge people who do not conform to their culture. The truth is that it is easier to condemn than it is to display compassion. Followers of Christ like yourself understand that God is passionately in love with each of us. It is clear why you are aggravated...you share God's heart.
