Have you tried an air purifier?

I am a believer when it comes to air purifcation. I have allergies to dust and cat hair. I also have COPD. I was willing to try anything to help myself to feel better. I came across an internet ad about an air purifier and decided to find out more. After a independent company rep called me I decided to try one out. Well, I'm here to tell you I saw a major improvement in my breathing and my allergies. I wasn't stuffed up anymore and I was sleeping better. I even noticed my husbands snoring was greatly reduced. I thought "wow!" this little box works!

After the coldest and dryest winter we have had in England for nearly 50 years I have just learned that we are headed toward a hot summer, hopefully with the lack of rain we have had recenctly there will not be much pollen around! take it easy all fellow pollen heads.

that time of year again

Hello folks. We are going through a cold winter in England at present but our tree pollen season will statrt soon and then the dreaded grass season. Birmingham England is smack in the middle of all the grassy areas of England and all the pollen converges on our city. Combine that with all the pollution and it's not a good mix!! thank you Jay for your Mangosteen juice advice and when I find them in England I will try them!!!!

tried acupuncture once

Hello! As we live in the middle of England Hayfever(pollen allergies) is a misery as we are surronded by England's green and pleasent land! a friend of mine asked me to try acupuncture in 2002 and I did. It worked for a year and then my allergy started last year. I will try a tablespoon of honey this year every morning to see if that works.
