I like drum n' hoop

any drummers and hoopers wanna get together in Providence somewhere...drummers drum, hoopers hoop! Is it allowedl to just show up in a park in the city and make noise and have fun? PProbably not but fuck it let's do it! Come on Providence I know there are hoopers and drummers...
