Hey there!

To go alongside our fabulous show on the 19th, we're going to have some workshops on the 20th!

Check 'em out!

*** PRICE: Workshops individually priced (see below) or £50 for the day

(a bargain for 6 hours of dancing!)

Workshop 1: Dramatic Floorwork with Moirai Tribal

How do you get down and what do you do once you're down there??!! This workshop explores the anatomy, technique and application of Floorwork in a safe and friendly environment. Learn to showcase strength and grace whilst adding drama to your dance. Most suited to Intermediate and Advanced level students. Please bring Kneepads.

Experience Level: Intermediate/Advanced
Time: 10:30am - 12:00pm
Cost: £15

Workshop 2: Flamenco Fusion Choreography with Hilde Canoodt

Add some Spanish flavour to your dance vocabulary! In this workshop you will get a number of flamenco inspired combinations which will be drilled in the first part of the workshop, and put together in a choreography in the second part of the workshop.

Experience Level: All Levels Welcome
Time: 12:30am - 1:00pm
Cost: £15

Workshop 3: Smooth Moves and Fast Grooves with Lily Tsai

How slow can you go? You will learn excruciatingly slow movements that can be used for lyrical pieces, taxims, and tribal fusion style belly dance. Then, turn up the beat for the second half of the workshop to experience fast movements for uptempo music.

Experience Level: Beginners/Intermediate and up
Time: 2:30pm - 4:00pm
Cost: £15

Workshop 4: Tribal Opulence and the Spirit of Expression with Hannah Mi

Following Hannah's recent travels to San Francisco, Japan and Turkey she'll be sharing new secrets into the creation of character, beautiful precise technique and the freedom of flowing through the music with individuality and spirit.

Experience Level: Improvers/Intermediate and up
Time: 4:30pm - 6:00pm
Cost: £15

About the Workshop Venue:

The Factory
407 Hornsey Road
London
N19 4DX

We recommend bringing a packed lunch, snacks and a bottle of water. The area surrounding the gym is quite residential, though it is a short walk from newsagents and a few cafes.

How to get there:

By Bus
The Bus stops for the 210 runs along Hornsey Road running from Brent Cross Shopping Centre to Finsbury Park Station via Archway tube station.

By Tube
Archway Tube station is within walking distance, or you can catch the 210 bus from the station to Hornsey Road. The 91 bus runs from Trafalgar Square and stops outside at Bavaria Rd.

Car Parking
The Factory does have some parking space for members and guests however from time to time the car park does get full.
