It's time to enter into one of the four categories the longest running belly dance competition!

There are four categories for contestants in the Pageant: Belly Dancer of the Year, Grand Dancer,
Duos and Trios, and Troupes.
The Pageant is a professional and highly regarded competition with outstanding performers and judges.
Come participate in the Pageant, enjoy the spectacular performances and, of course, enjoy the shopping!
In addition to trophies for 1st through 5th place, prizes for the BELLY DANCER OF THE YEAR are:
1st prize ----------------- $500 2nd prize ----------------- $200 3rd prize ----------------- $100
The prize for GRAND DANCER is $250, with lovely trophies for 1st and 2nd runner-up.
The BELLY DANCE TROUPE OF THE YEAR 1st place prize is $250, a trophy and beautiful keepsakes for each member
of the troupe. Second prize is $100 and a trophy; 3rd prize is a trophy.
The BELLY DANCE DUOS and TRIOS OF THE YEAR 1st place prize is $250, with trophies for 1st and 2nd runner-up.
There will be workshops featuring BDOY past winners!

Tue, April 22, 2008 - 7:44 AMIt's hard to say - I know that in the past people have backed out and people on the wait list got moved up. They'll contact you if someone cancels. And you can come prepared to perform and if a group no-shows, you'd go on.
