Ats has evolved from traditional Egyptian and North African tribal dance with flamenco and Indian influences
Learn the core moves and cues of ATS. To lead one another in spontaneous group improvisations.
Venue: Stockwell YMCA studio 44 Stockwell road ( South London)
Monday 31st March 6.30-8.00pm. Cost: £10.
Stockwell studios has excellent facilities: a large studio and changing room and its a few minutes from Stockwell tube station.
The taster class will be led by dancers from Luma Tribal dance troupe who have danced and performed ATS as well as traditional middle eastern dance for a number of years.
The class will be followed up by a 4-week rolling programme starting on Monday 7th April at 6.30-7.30..
