Philippa and I will be teaching a 6-week introduction to American Tribal Style belly dance course in London, starting on the 20th February.
Time: 6:30-8:00pm
Dates: Wednesday 20th February – Wednesday 26th March
Venue: Islington Arts Factory

Price: £60 for the 6 week course or £12 for a drop-in session
In this foundation course we will cover posture, isolations, basic fast and slow movements from the FCBD format, how to lead, follow and improvise within a group, as well as transitions and formations. Finger cymbals will be introduced, and integrated into movements. We will also work on building flexibility and core strength as well as having fun! All levels welcome.
