Thought you might want to know! I can't make it as I will be hosting a fundraiser for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation in Reedsport that night. Have fun!
Saturday, May 17th
Meet at the Ripplebrook Ranger Station
Meet at 9:30 am
Work from 10am to about 2pm. Everyone will then meet at Austin Hot Springs for a BBQ lunch.
NFC will provide almost everything you need. Just dress for the weather and wear boots.
Cleanup trash along 15 miles of road and river between Austin Hot Springs and Bagby Hot Springs (at least up to the snow...) In cooperation with the Forest Service we will be installing River Interpretive Signs and planting 200 trees.
Last year over 50 people came. DOUBLE IT THIS YEAR!
