In January 2008 Beata & Horacio will begin a teacher's training which is also suitable for dancers who seek thourough information "only". CATT is a 2 year programme that consists of 70 hours per half year.
The subjects are:
Oriental and general dance technique, ballet elements, rhythms, music, props (such as veil, cane, cymbals), various styles (raks sharqi, baladi, folklore, American and Turkish style, Fusion, Tribal), how to teach children, medical aspects, relaxation and flexibility exercises and much more!
We will present international guest teachers and top it all off with an - optional - trip to Egypt.
After each half year term the participants can sign up for an examen to gain the certificate.
Tentative Dates in 2008 (changes not probable but possible):
January 19, 20
February 2, 3
March 21, 22, 23, 24 (Easter)
May 3, 4
Examens: June 7, 8
September 13,14
October 3, 4, 5
October 31 and November 1, 2
Exames: November 29,30
