is there anyone active on here anymore....? is there someone where i can buy/sell these dolls besides ebay? (fees to post, more fees when it sells, even more fees to use paypal-owned by ebay) i find it ridiculous, and a waist of my hard earned money to post on ebay.

well, i got the word from the guy i preordered my dolls from that i should be getting mine soon! i am so excited... just wanted to get the word out... you guys might want to pre-order now, as i am wondering what level of availability there will be on the dolls... no 7" are going to be available, just 12"...

Let's Compare Storms!

I got Storm from the first series in her box for $9! Yay. I like Evening Storm's face better though, now that I look at the first Storm... It seems like they did a better job at giving her a livelier expression than the first one. The first Storm looks more sad than she looks now!

I was on E-Bay last night, looking for the first Storm at a reasonable $ (i have a bid right now yay!), and i started looking at living dead dolls. i find most of them quite gruesome, but there were a couple that i really liked. they can be scary looking! that's one of the reasons why i like BeGoths so much... they look more fun to me, while still looking totally goth. And what about those little apple dolls? am i saying that right? i liked those, i thought that they were interesting. what other dolls do you like, and why?

Sunday musings and BeGoth Updates

So I got Fiona Fatale and Ophelia from E-Bay. I just got the two of them the other day in the mail, and I was so excited! I got the two of them for under $20! They are out of the box, but I take them out of the box anyway. I want to play with my dolls! (did i just say that?)
Now I have to fix Fiona's hair. Whoever had her before me did something to it... It's not in bad condition, it just got straightened out and i need to get it back to wavy. I am thinking a blowdryer and a little round brush... :P

Finally took my Crypt Club Exclusive purple Leda Swanson out of the box the other day! i decided to take her withmy to work, and then to a store that i han gout in... my boyfriend thinks i am nuts. well, i am.
bought new doll stands for her and my other three 12" that are coming. oh, i only bought three, and i really need four... oops. oh well!
i have been leaving cards and all that fun stuff at only a couple places, but i am building up my courage. hopefully a store near me will start selling them! we wil see!

Well, I pre-ordered the faves of the latest series coming up, series 6! I ordered Pandora, Penelope, and Katerina. I also ordered the crypt Club Exclusive of Hypnotica ( I actualy wanted the regular version, but they were sold out). I finally got my butt over to my local Dimple recordshop and I left some postcards, stickers, and a catalog with one of the clerks at the front desk. Yep I got bold! They seemed interested in the dolls, and he remembered them being for sale in Tower when they still existed... We will see!

Re-arranging my dolls

So last night I moved all of my dolls to downstairs... They were growing in number in my bedroom, and quite honestly they just didn't look right, so I made some space for them in my china hutch. Now they look alot better!

I first saw an ad for BeGoths in Gothic Beauty. It showed Angelica Noir, and I was so impressed by the quality of the doll! I had to buy her... So I go to the Begoths website, and not only did I buy her, but I also bought Evening Storm. Soon after that, I have been building my collection. I joined the Street Team, I joined the Crypt Club, and now I have gone so far as to start up groups like this one! FYI, I also started one on Livejournal, and the address to that one is...
