I borrowed a movie from my friend Charlie...Mindwalk. I never gave it back. Only because I lent to my friend Mark, who never gave it back.

I lent my complete Fat Chance BD DVD set to a member of my ex dance troupe. . .she never returned them. Big fat bummer.

And as far as I know, I have nothing that anyone has lent me in the past that I haven't returned. Hmmmmmm. . .should take an inventory of things just to be sure!

(about 8 years ago) one of my favorite books to one of my favorite people... we lost touch, and alas, i never got the book back. (incidentally, she is still one of my favorite people...)

borrowed:
(about 18 years ago) a book from a classmate (under duress - she wouldn't let up about how i should read it, so i took the damn book.) i think my delay in returning it was passive aggression; then class was over, we lost touch, and i could not return it. (after holding onto it for many years hoping our paths would cross so i could return it, i finally gave up and donated it to a used bookstore... incidentaly, i never did read it...)

i figure my friend's not returning my book 10 years later was karma...
