Help the Kuhls’ “Jewel!”
A benefit for Molly, Pete, and Baby Jasmine Blossom Kuhl
January 8, 2011
6pm – 9pm
Bud Werner Memorial Library Hall
Suggested door donation: $10
Silent auction, refreshments, cash bar, and entertainment
Baby Jasmine Blossom Kuhl was born to Molly and Pete Kuhl, longtime Steamboat locals, on November 11, 2010. At a few days of life a serious birth defect was discovered which required immediate surgery at Children’s Hospital in Denver. We are happy to report that after a successful operation and 2 week NICU stay, Baby Jasmine is home and recovering well. However, the Kuhls will be facing some daunting medical bills and out of pocket expenses due to this unforeseen event. Molly is a hairdresser who taught bellydance in Steamboat for years and Pete is a first year teacher in the Parachute schools. We are organizing a benefit for their family in Steamboat and are currently seeking donations for a silent auction, donations of food (appetizers, desserts, etc) and beverages, and any other help you are able to give. Silent auction items could include gift certificates for services, goods, or food, or items or gift baskets of any value.
Please contact Meg to arrange a pick up of your donation or for more information.
