Hi,
I have just started teaching again and my students want to perform. I have told them about the two regular student haflas in Richmond, but they aren't quite hooked yet and are not at the point where they will dance at anything, so they think it's too far. Soooo, I am considering putting together a student hafla in Goochland, but don't have enough performers yet to really pull it off. I am wondering if there is anyone in the Richmond area who is interested in dancing if I can get something together in June?

I'd come out to Goochland depending on when you schedule it. Don't get off work until 5pm and I work over in Chesterfield near Johnston-Willis, so it takes me at least 30 minutes to get home.

Mon, May 11, 2009 - 5:28 PMIf your students do not have live drumming, I may be able to come out and drum for them once in a while to get a new experience. I live in Powhatan. I may be able to get chip to come out from scottsville.
