Following the workshop: After class there will be a small hafla with open floor dancing, food and vending by Aysan
(please bring a dish to share for the hafla)
Workshop info: Diana will teach her Egyptian Pop choreography. Sections of the dance will be left open for improvisational dancing and audience engagement, both of which Diana will explain and show examples of.

CD of the music used in the workshop is available for $5.00
Bio: Diana is an internationally known performer and instructor in the art of Egyptian dance for over 35 years. Her versatility, expressive sincerity, innovative style and in-depth musical interpretation has earned her the title of ‘Artiste’ from the residents of Dahab, Sinai. A master teacher, Diana has developed a very distinct and accessible teaching method based on the dance movements of the "people" of Egypt which keeps this art form simple and charming.
