FREE BELLYDANCE CLASSES AT LOTUS!!

That's right! This week ONLY, you can try some of our classes for FREE!


For those who have been curious but afraid to take that step...c'mon in and give our classes a try...You just might LOOOOOVE them.

For those already taking bellydance, this is the perfect opportunity to grab that friend who has been scared to commit before trying. So now...they can "Try before they Buy" !

We have several classes throughout the week and even some on Saturdays.
Here is a list of those classes that apply....

Mon 7-8 Belly Fit (an exercised based class geared toward strengthening the muscles we use as bellydancers)
Tues 6-7 Slow and Snaky ( intense stretching before learning the power of slow and slinky dancing)
Tues 7-8 Intermediate Drills ( Intermediate students come and get your drill on!! )
Wed 7-8 Belly Burn ( JUST DANCE and let the calories burn! *No instruction* so you must have a lil' bellydance background.
Thurs 6-7 Intro to Bellydance (This is where it all begins. Beginner technique to get you started!)
Thurs 7-8 Zillin and Drillin ( Learn the art of Finger Cymbals)
Sat 10-11 Pilates for Bellydance ( Nothin like some core training!!0
Sat 12:15-1:15 Intro to Bhangra ( Talk about a cardio workout! )
Sat 1:15-2:15 Shimmies! ( Nothin but shimmy technique and drills!)

    Everyone should come out and do bellyburn tommorow night!!! and for FREE !!! It is one of my favorite hours at Lotus because you just dance dance dance and it really renews my spirit and love of dance while having the added bonus of burning calories which those of us that ate at Soframs tonight might need! ;)
