What is this headpiece called?

It's like a crown, I'm thinking East Indian. Anybody know the proper name and IF you do...ideas on where to buy one?? Thanks!

I think it's a 'tikka' with a crown/tiara in the back.

I'm not sure, it was from a movie that I have not seen, Moulin Rogue with Nicole Kidman. A friend was wondering about it.

I know the movie. The drape appears separate from the crown part, which is actually two separate combs that go on either side of her head. I'm sure other pics are available.
