I DESPERATELY WANT THIS, but I do not have time to make it. Does any one know where to buy one, or could some one make a replica it is supposed to go over harem pants. The seller said that these are the measurments but I didnt get to it first (3' long, 28.5" across (the material part) and then there are 13.5" of ties on either side)
