I bought enough feathers to make another belt - this time I'll use a wider base to ensure the feathers don't bend as much when I dance.

Very interesting...I love pheasant feathers and plan to use them the end of this year in my costuming works....but I'm not sure how well they will hold up if someone performs any floorwork.
