I've got a handy machine that converts vhs to dvd, otherwise I'd lose most of my performances. I'm sure some of the ones I haven't done are crumbling already. Don't lose your footage! -

Sun, September 6, 2009 - 10:51 AMI have been busy all summer transfering VHS to DVD. I went to Sears and bought a player that will do the transfer for me. It is relatively easy to do. I only cuss at occasionally now that I have the swing of operating it. I am clearing out scads of room where all those tapes have been stacked. The whole set up was less than $200 - totally worth it. I really recommend that any of you that haven't started this process, go ahead and begin before the tapes start to stretch and deteriorate.

Sat, September 12, 2009 - 11:49 AMthis is one of the few video recordings i have of me dancing... it is with my class from Steveston, directed by Martina [Bellyfringe/Turquoise] and she is dancing with us.... she comes on from the left, all in black, and then i am to the left of her, long red hair, wearing the turquoise scarf with a lilac scarf over it.... mostly i am behind Emma, so it's hard to see me, which is fine with me ;) -
