As you see on our website www.bv-orienttanz.de is our main interrest to cultivat a network for oriental dancers in germany. We give support in subjects like Info e.g. about "gema" (law) for dancers, we provide an stuctured adjucation for teachers, called BATO, we provide regional offices all over germany, we have an film achive, an book archive, and work hard to keep the folcloric roots of the diffent dance styles alive. We provide two kongresses per year, where also "non membes" can join. You can read all about us on our website ! we also have literature-archives there, lists of merchants (clothes, musik ect....), TV Programm concerning the "Orient", Knowledge Base for traditional dance styles. We have own Productions of CD's( Gema-free), Calenders, T-Shirts....and more - books, of course.
