I just got back from a teacher training workshop with superstar Tamalyn Dallal and I'm excited to incorporate some of her methods in to my classes this summer!

Beginning Belly Dance:
Mondays 6:30 - 7:45 PM / July 6 - Aug 24
Wed'days 5:30 - 6:45 PM / July 8 - Aug 26

Intermediate:
Wed'days 9:00 - 10:15 AM / July 8 - Aug 26
Wed'days 7:00 - 8:15 PM / July 8 - Aug 26

All classes:
$88 / 8-week session (make-ups available at any other of my classes during the same session)
$72 / 6-week class card... allows for summer flexibility!

Location:
Morning class - Maine Ballroom Dance, 614 Congress St., Portland
Evening classes - Ove Body Therapy, 614a Congress St., Portland
BONUS: Students registered for a class at Ove get $10 off massage appointments during the session!

Finger cymbals: Will be available to purchase at the first class ($25). They are optional, however they (really truly) will be used in each class.

Dress Code: Yoga/exercise clothes are recommended--comfortable clothing that allow the teacher to see the movements of your torso, hips and knees
